The openwork shield is composed of garnet stones of different sizes. The outer ring is formed by alternating drop-shaped stones and round surfaces set with small garnets. It wraps around a flower-shaped arrangement of sparkling cut drops.
In total, the pin counts 13 large garnet stones and 54 small round stones. It has a simple hook clasp.
