Description
Original silver pendant (stamped 835 and brand stamp "Fischland") with dark clear natural amber by Fischland, Ribnitz from the 1950s.
The irregular amber bouton in the centre of the round silver pendant is circled by a pattern of various sea animals such as fish, starfish and seagull. The decoration is completed by "bubbles" of silver curls and attached silver beads.
The well-known fish motif goes back to designs by Walter Kramer, the founder of the "Fischland" brand (Georg Kramer company, Ribnitz), from the 1930s.
