A filigree ring of gilt silver (stamped 935 and uninterpreted maker's mark R) with a synthetic ruby from around 1910.
The dome-shaped ring head is designed with a pattern of openwork filigree alternating with smooth surfaces. A large, bright pink cabochon of synthetic ruby crowns the centre.
The ring shoulders and the ring rail are decorated all around with a floral ornament of rocailles and flowers.
