Description

Decorative gold brooch (unstamped, tested) with enamel from the Biedermeier period around 1840.
The pin is a typical drift work of the Biedermeier period. The golden front, curved to the front, has the shape of a round blossom. It is suspended with a chased ornament of rocailles, palmettes and fringe. The shiny plaque in the centre is decorated with a blue and black enamel pansy blossom. The back of the pin is verbödet with silver.
The pin has a plain hook clasp.
