Silver shield brooch (stamped 925 HANDWORK) with three fantastic shimmering moonstones from the 1930s.
The handmade silver disc is blackened in the base. The applied pattern of shiny silver stylised leaves and tendrils contrasts with it. Three genuine moonstone cabochons from Ceylon with a dreamlike sky-blue lustre and emphasise the enigmatic character of the piece of jewellery.
The pin is attached to the upper half of the shield to prevent tipping. It is secured with a ball clasp.
