Description
Fine silver ring (stamped 835) with hand-engraved green and white agate cameo from around 1910.
The elegant ring captivates by the presence of the beautiful cameo alone. The white layer of the agate is carved with a Roman-looking woman's head in profile with a curly updo and cloth scarf at the collar, so that the lower, green layer contrasts the portrait. The smooth bezel setting holding the stone is discreetly decorated with a delicate pearl bar border.
