Description
Small collar pin with Bohemian garnets a Tombac alloy from the Historism around 1870.
This pretty silver pin from the Historicist period is in the shape of a sparkling rosette. Around a flat cut round garnet are flower shaped small shuttles, each set with two garnets. This small flower is set on another wreath of flat-cut garnets, forming a larger, magnificently wine-red shining rose.
Altogether the pin counts 13 large flat garnet stones and 24 small stones.
