Opening locket in gold doublé with a seed pearl from around 1850.
The richly decorated front of the oval pendant is adorned with frames of rows of pearl bars and pattern garlands. Palmettes and volutes round off the decoration of matt and shiny surfaces. A textured star shines in the centre, in which sits a dimple setting with a grey seed pearl.
The back of the amulet can be opened, there two photos (ca. 2 x 1,4 cm) can be inserted. The original frames are still present.
