Handcrafted silver setting (stamped 835 and Fischland brand stamp) with applied silver threads and beads.
Striking is the oval carnelian plate in a smooth bezel setting, which sits widthwise above the finger - a common design trick of the 1920s.
The model in the typical Art Deco design is based on designs by Walter Kramer, the founder of the brand "Fischland" (company Georg Kramer, Ribnitz), from the 1920s. However, the ring dates from after 1945, which is evident from the hallmarking with the fish.
