Stylish tie bar with enamel, Art Deco costume jewellery from the 1920s.
The short rectangular plate of the tie bar is covered with a straight pattern of shiny bar enamel in black and azure blue. It sits on a double curved silver coloured metal clip that slides firmly against the cloth.
