Description
High quality tie bar in 18 carat white gold (stamped 750, 18 AR and FAO) from Italian production (Fabrica Aretina Oreficerie S.n.c. in Arezzo) with ruby. The hallmark indicates a date of manufacture after 1972.
The slide has the shape of a tie. It is open in the middle, so that the fabric of the tie can be seen. The rim is made of matt white gold in which a pattern of shiny notches is worked. A red ruby sits in the tip.
The narrow silver band on the back is waved to provide support. A small chain with a button hook is attached to secure it.
