Description
Dainty brooch-pendant in silver (unstamped, tested) with cut amber from the 1980s.
A bouquet of roses is cut into the large oval amber cabochon from behind. The elaborate engraving goes to different depths in the stone, so that a uniquely vivid image of the blossoms appears on the front.
A smooth, solid silver frame surrounds the dark amber.
The fine piece of jewellery can be worn as a pendant on a hinged loop or as a brooch. The pin has a safety ball clasp.
