Description
Smoothly worked silver ring (stamped 835 and hallmark Fischland pb) with an elegantly long, oval amber from the workshops of VEB Ostseeschmuck.
The hallmark pb indicates the use of polybern stone. Polybern was produced in the early 1970s in the GDR by VEB Ostseeschmuck in Ribnitz-Damgarten due to a shortage of materials. For this purpose, amber remnants were fused with plastics.
