Gold pendant (stamped 333) in heart shape with sapphire, ruby, diamond and emerald from the 1980s.
The shiny pendant is designed in a slightly curved heart shape. The fixed chain loop is curved like a ribbon that continues over the pendant. A sapphire drop, a ruby shuttle, a round emerald and a round diamond are smoothly worked into the surface of the heart.
