Description
Handmade silver brooch (stamped 900 DEPOSE and maker's mark) with enamel by Carl Hermann, Pforzheim from around 1900.
The aesthetically clear lapel pin has the shape of a horseshoe nail. It is made of chased silver and decorated with an ornate decoration of finely engraved silver spirals filled with royal blue cellular enamel.
The pin is closed and protected with a wide silver hook.
